Nobody panicked which was by when I was wheezing badly- in A&E they did.
The environment was calm and well organised at all times although staff were always busy. When they said they would be back- they did return staff were always friendly but firm and worked as a team which is essential- kitchen, cleaners and physios. Health care assist are key to the team and go the extra mile.
Improvement considering the workers and they do an excellent job. Well done everyone.

- I was looked after very well and the nurses were very timely with their checks.
- The doctors reviewed my condition from every angle to diagnose it.
- Food can definitely be improved - 3 times when what I ordered was not available and I was served with a replacement.
